Try to solve this one !!! - Boost Creep

Ok. I have 20g9 5 bladed BR turbo. I got it with Heavy duty WG actuator and since It overboosts to 22-24 PSI, I been told to change it for stock evo9 Acuator.
Well guess what, it does it again, I am at 14PSI till 5000 RPM and then it creeps to 22 PSI by to 7,000 (I didnt try to go above, not to blow up the motor)

I have no Boost controler, running WG pressure, No holes in the boost lines. No Boost leaks upto 35PSI.

Any ideas what can cause this and how to fix it.???

try a boost controller? since you said you dont have one im assuming you are using the stock control solenoid. the stock solenoid already has problems with just intakes and exhausts couldnt imagine a whole new turbo.

Le me clarify, I do not use boost controler as it will raise your boost even more due due to restriction (even when open completly) SO ITS TURBO PRESURE TO WG ACTUATOR.

Thats strange when you switched actuators did you check to see if the wastegate arm moves freely and how much did you preload it?

Yes, actuator arm and flapper moves totaly fine no restriction. It has 0 Preload.

oh you are running springload pressure on the actuator? sorry i misread that. wierd even with the ix wg its creeping when it should stay at wg pressure.

Yeah that may be a question better answered by the people selling those 20g's since the obvious has been checked. 22psi should be fine if your running 93 or 94 though, i wish my stocker held 22 or 24 till redline.
