Has anyone heard of this exhaust?
I was just looking around on ebay and found this turbo-back exhaust....looks good, but it sounds way too good to be true, 400 bucks for 3" catback 3" test pipe and a 3" down pipe....and its SS??

$400 for a turbo back seems 'just a little' suspicious. I'm having a friends shop in LA build me a custom built/fit turbo back with high flow cat for only $200 more than that system but i'm getting it for super cheap (materials + minimal labor costs) and its workmanship will be top notch. The same system for most customers will be $300 more i'd imagine.
I would personally stay away from such a cheap exhaust system unless you've seen it personally and in action. I'd imagine the fit is not 100% and i'd be hesitent to rely on their word about craftsmanship.

Let me know if you get this and what you think- id be interested too.
I can share with you that I had taken a chance with Megan racing on my Evo8 and was very pleased. It was a good exhaust for a fairly cheap price. (although not as cheap as this)
The only thing I would have changed was I didnt really care for the sound as much.. ive heard a couple evos with a really nice exhaust that I liked alot better.
but the downpipe fit nicely so I was considering piecing my next exhuast together. What do you think of a megan racing 3 inch downpipe, helix hi flow cat, and Magnaflow catback?
Or would you recommend a diff catback? Im looking for somethign that has a nice deep growl.

thats why bush and big business wants a poor, uneducated labor force.
so please when you see an item priced lower than usuasl ask if its manufactured by poor adolescent girls from a 3rd world country

Agreed. It's a generic muffler and will prolly burn out more quickly than a name-brand, but 3 inch pipe with no crush bends is 3 inch pipe. period. looks decent. it's 400 bucks, who really cares anyway. Try it out, if it sucks, sell it and get something else.
Spend a couple of extra bucks and get a system through one of the sponsors. You see cheap setups on ebay with companies that are here today and gone tomorrow. Its more than just price. Getting service after the sale is what counts when ya need it.

Valid point. On some piping, if he's strapped, I still think it's a decent deal. You definitely get what you pay for.
