Currently, when i'm in 4th gear and get up to 4000rpms the car will stop spooling up completey, sorta feels like backpressure too

IJEN INTAKE SYSTEM W/ UPPER IC PIPING
and the HKS hi power catback

The person needs help with his car not to answer questions on his choice of upgrade path.

Sounds like theres a leak somewhere, check all the hoses on the icp...

you have to be more descriptive. sounds like boost cut to me though.

+3, explain what you mean EXACTLY. Is it like hitting the rev limiter, do you lose boost, do you hit a brick wall (fuel cut), or what?

And yes, your combination of mods is terrible.
