EVO and turbo results 9.60 @ 150 mph!
Well we finally got a decent pass in. This is our 3rd attempt at going to the track with our black EVO8.
Some guys from Columbus rented NRP today and we were invited out. (thanks for renting the track guys!)
First pass after changing our fuel system over was like this with the black car:
60' 1.56
1/8th mile 6.31
1/8th mile MPH 116.71
1/4 mile 9.60
1/4 mile MPH 149.45
The car could have hooked better as it spun the tires very very hard. Next pass it left better but then bogged going into 2nd and still ran a 9.72 at 150.8 mph.
This car is equipped with our 2 liter and our GT42R turbo. You can expect much faster times in the future
Also took my white RS out there. Trent made a few passes with it. The car has our 20g-9-5 on it.
Best pass looked like this:
60' 1.62
1/8th mile 7.19
1/8th mile MPH 97.76
1/4 mile 11.20
1/4 mile MPH 121.92
Also, not that anyone will care
I took my Buick T-type out there and with 19 psi of boost on DOT Hoosiers the car ran an 11.3 at 120 mph. Poor V6, that thing just has too many cubic inches
That's it. Great day, good time at the track. No line to wait in, that's the way I like it.

any videos? with the RS you still left with RPMs in 4th gear? or do you hit rev limiter? if you have it changed im curious to what rpm also!

Awsome times Dave!! So did the car have more in it or were you running it pretty hard? Other than traction issues of course.
What kind of tune were you running on the RS? Im looking at getting the 20G and was wondering what psi the run was at.
