Good run...I do believe AMS is about to lower the record again. Martin is a tricky old soul!

BTW, I guess it is a big deal since people have been shooting me PM's and asking when they call.

The questions are what fuel did we use.

When we got the track we had C16 in the car, so the 9.60 was done on straight C16 fuel. After that run we put in some VP Import on top of the C16 to see if it would change the tune and knock count.

We also have NO alcohol on the car. So the car ran the 9.60 at 149.45 with C16, NO alcohol and NO NOS. Just so it is perfectly clear there isn't even an alky kit on the car nor is there any nitrous kit on the car.

We are running (4) 1650 cc fuel injectors, -10 fuel lines, Weldon pump and regulator.

We are heading back to the track tonight.

Well we took it back out but the car is giving us troubles. It is either electrical or the EMS, not sure. We made 7 more passes trying to figure it out. The car just shuts off in 4th gear like you turned the key off. Very aggrivating. Still ran some high 9's without even finishing the passes. This thing is a beast. Also finally got the boost to be stable enough in the logs to see what we are running. It is much less than we had thought.

Going to work on the car today, see if we can find a wire or something that is giving us problems. When we do, look out, the car has SO much left in it, it's rediculous.

Dave, are you on V1.19B? A couple of 2g guys were having that problem last night at the track with the newest firmware.

That is what makes it so damn fun If there were only one good shop out there it would be boring.

With my sheet metal intake the plunum puts the upper IC pipe low down where it interfears a bit with the wiring harness pushing it close to the shift levers on the transmission..... could this be causeing a problem on the black car when shifting into 4th gear?
