I would put my money down on the APS BOV. My car stutters also after addition of the APS. My stutter occurs during lower gears, but not necessarily WOT. In fact mine mostly occurs in low rpms (around 3000-3500) during acceleration, but mostly occurs anywhere from part-full throttle acceleration. Don't get me wrong I think the APS is a good peice, but I think that is the root of the problem. I have not attempted vigorous adjustment yet, but adjustment seems like a good thing to try.
