The only 35R Ive seen making 700awhp is with nitrous.

On a side note, to the thread starter, I think the GT37R/PT67 will get you what you want. I could have sworn I remember some people putting 40Rs on and going slower than the 35Rs....

out of the box 35r's are only rated for 650-680 whp....

read my post on the previous page! the reason people (ams) were having problem's with the 40r's spooling was beacuse they were "early" out of the box 40r's with huge 98ar hot side that took forever to spool... new 40r's from precision with smaller ar's, such as a 68ar spool ridiculously fast! and are capable of making 800+whp.......

Making 700awhp on a 35r is more the exception than the rule. The 37r or 42r would get you what you want. The Precision pt67 is another option.

i agree, curt is making 700+ dynojet. i don't know if i believe the 40r would make 800+ though. not with a small hotside.

With the right supporting mods I bet a 35R could get real close. What size A/R does Curts' have .63 or .82?

Many 35R's have gone over 140mph in the 1/4. A 35R IMO is the perfect turbo you can roadcourse it with a stroker and drag it too best of both worlds. AMS's 37R can't be much different if at all than Full-Race's 3567 IMO.

So are the specs the same between the AMS GT37R and the Full Race 3567? I thought AMS was keeping the specs on their turbo hush hush?

the 37r is a t04r(67)ballbearing with a p-trim turbine in a .63a/r 5bolt housing. i ordered a 67bb p-trim in a .82a/r 4bolt standard housing from fullrace. i believe the .63a/r has some back pressure issues in high boost.

How much of a difference in spool will there be between the .82 and the .63?

With the Full Race turbo, do you have to use their downpipe? Is there any way possible to join up with the Buschur 3 in downpipe?

I noticed on the Full Race site it states the turbo is good for 680whp and in another section it says 700whp. I want atleast 700whp or a little more if it is obtainable.

Thanks again for all the help guys! I am going to shoot a PM to Dan B. with the 37r kit on his car. Maybe he can give me his opinion on it.

i'm not sure on spoolup difference but i would expect 300-500rpm difference. i think the .63a/r would start developing some back pressure issues at the 700whp levels. Geoff was telling me the most he has seen this turbo put down is a little over 720whp i think. maybe Geoff could chime in.
