How hard can it be to wire up? I am going to install a DSM ignitor/coil setup and even that didn't sound hard to wire. Merge the two power and ground wires from the stock coils, plug into ignitor power/ground. Then take each coil signal wire and plug into the two signal inputs on the ignitor. The ignitor then has two output signals to the two DSM coils and then your DSM plug wires come off of those. The trickiest part is making sure your inputs/outputs line up with the correct cylinders.

I got the harness with mine, took 30min to install, 20m of that was finding the best location, routing the wires and bolting it down.

Yeah it sounds like you did'nt get it specifically for your car. If you did it would have come with the plug n play harness!
I have one in my 7 and it works real well!
You can guy the harness separately. I know because my harness mysteriously took a dump the other day and I had to replace it! The harness has two small circuit boards in it - i guess one broke down.
I forget the Part # though!
