Stock BOV Fluttering around low boost levels???
I have a 06 evo 9 MR edition that appears to have the JDM MR BOV since it doesnt look plastic at all...I just installed an ARC intake and when there is like low boost going on and i leave off the throttle it sounds like the BOV is fluttering. Is this normal or should I upgrade???? Thanks

you either put it in backwards or couldn't hear the minimal fluttering with the stock airbox on there.

did you connect the vacuum hose that T's off the BOV back into the intake? A flutter noise sometimes comes from a disconnected vacuum hose.

i agree with anjapower.. check to make sure it's not in backwards, that will definitely give you the fluttering sound..
