CUSCO Pressure plate Retainer Clip????

I am not sure what it is called and don't have a picture of it, but I am told by Shep and Adam@Z1 it is not an OEM part...

Referring to a Cusco Twin Cerametallic clutch:

The part I am referring to belongs to the pressure plate of clutches that goes around the TOB in your clutch. As people may have known I was at the track a couple weeks ago and my clutch got stuck to the floor so I ripped it out and sent it to Shep since it was out. But I still need this little clip that is a circle with little finger tips or hooks on it with a wave ring that goes around it.

Adam contacted Cusco for me and they said they do not sell it seperately, and he is waiting for a response from Exedy (Thanks Adam, best vendor I have even known, worked with, anything). If they say no then what am I to do to pick up this tin POS of a part that will prevent my car from running.

Can the OEM one fit, does the OEM one use one etc etc.....

That is the TOB retainer clip. According to Exedy's spare parts catalog breakdown, that is not available separately. However, try calling Exedy direct to get an answer.

That is not the same part that you are referring to above. What you are looking at in this link is the clutch disk itself.

Here are the pics... With the washer or whatever around this ring it slid over the TOB and clipped into the Pressure plate. Sorry on the size of the pics/quality, Putfile messed them all up.

The ring with claws: And a piece of metal I found inside the tranny when we seperated it from the clutch:

That little piece of metal:

The backside of the ring:

The washer I believe Shep told me to get multiple ones and put together to put around it to avoid this again:

The ring with the washer around it (Not positioned correctly):

The factory uses the same parts. The stock clutch came with one wave washer but Exedy changed to two over a year ago. Exedy doesn't sell them seperately. Your best bet might to rob parts from a used clutch believe it or not. You can check with Mitsu though to see if they sell it seperately. Good luck.
