You only have four bolts holding the two together. It would be easier to manuver them out in two pieces

I would do the extra work and disassemble in pieces to avoid damaging the turbo. Its close even this way too

I just took out all 3 as one piece (o2, turbo, manifold), then put them all back on as one piece. It was very easy.

See i have a new manifold, and hotside. So i would rather just pull my ebay manifold out atached with my stock hotside. Dont want to risk breaking the bolt if there no need too. Hey Wartalon were there any tricks to this or did it come out easy. liek a normal manifold swap. Whats the chances i need a new tune for the 10.5 hotside and bushcer ported stock manifold vs the stock 03 hotside and megan racing manifold?

There's no reason to do those 3 mods without a retune.

How do those eBay manifolds & o2 housings hold up, are they worth it?

Zeus,
Do you sell the Revolver cams yourself or is it just a link?

No I want to leave the turbo in the car, just pull the manifold-hotside and o2 as a unit.

I have had my ebay manifold for like 8 months and no leaks, cracks or issues at all. I noticed a good power gain with it, and seemed to pull harder up top. But I have to tap a egt for zethronix. And its easier in the stock manifold. I think im going to add the ported stock mani, and 10.5 hotside. I will do a before and after log with the zethronix and see what it looks like. Ill post the results up and if its no good ill send the ecu out to Al. I just cant afford a 3ed custom tune. And i have meth, so Im hopping he can sell me an email update on my tune and i can use ecu flash.

Yes I sell them at a damn good price... however, Revolver themselves are out for an undetermined time (at this point).

The O2s are worth it... the manifolds I suggest people just use ported OE ones as they basically never have to worry about longevity.
