What is the average life of a stock trans with no more than high 300's at wheels and no real drag racing or abuse

 

keep up with fluid changes, it will last forever?.....

There is no real time frame a transmission will die, not like you roll over 100k its all over. If your not abusing it then how could it break other than manuf. defect or neglect? Keep up with routine maint. and the transmission will last as long as you want it to.

 

There's people on here with over 70K on the stocker. I have friends that just changed his stock clutch at over 60K miles and that's with some road race track days under his belt.

I'm hoping mine will last that long as well.

 

I pray everyday mine will last that long too if not looks like it will be taking a trip to Shepp
