symptoms of a bad rear diff?

Did about 15 figure-8s right after the install, and no grinding/shuddering. Drove 20 mins home, did more fig-8's and no problem. Hopefully that's all it was.
I've used the 75W90 Mobil1 for over 60K miles now with good results, but I just recommend the DiaQueen because it seems everyone agrees it's the best stuff. Guess we are just risk takers! Also, I would dump in a bottle of LSD friction modifier in the back just to be safe. I got a little pop-locking action without it before after it started to break down.
