Saikou_Kun,
If I provided the dimensions, could you make a custom mount for us Corvette guys? It should be relatively simple, consisting of a ~3"x3" flat piece of aluminum with two of the L-brackets welded to it. This would allow me to mount the DC3 to the passanger side head right next to the PCV and breather hoses.

don't help out those darn corvette guys, they are quick enough as it is.

btw, mounted my dual trap on my strut bar, only place I could find on my car, because of intercooler piping etc. In this case, on a DC struct bar. (between the throttle body and the brake MC.)

for the first time I managed to collect some oil after a day at the track. so I guess it works.

It is recommended to drain at every oil change. It should not get full before then.
Each section has its own drain.
You can clip a 1/2" ID piece of hose to the nipple that sticks out and put the end in a can or whatever you want.

finally installed my cans. they look stealth and you can't even notice they are there with them being black. I took some pics of the mounting locations and they are great. Not perfect but great.

the one on the pcv side is easiest to install . All you need to do is bend the mount a lil to fit flush with the already installed bolt that went to a swith next to the abs unit and your done. The one on the other side next to the brake booster is a little harder meaning you have to tap in and make some threads on the firewall just under the VIN label with a 1/4 in or 5/16 in thread by 3/4 length and your golden. You will also need to bend the mount for this location as well. CHEERIO

Looking good! Are you going to post a detailed installation write-up?

eh... my detailed post wasn't good enough? hehe j/k, well it's pretty easy once you position the cans in those areas. All you need to do is bend the mounts as needed. But be careful bending them cuz' you only got one shot and you cannot bend them further than 90 degrees but don't worry you wont have to bend them that much. Just eye ball it and mount it. If you would like to mount them in the same locations just be careful on the pcv side not to rub up against the harnesses on the firewall and mount as close as possible to the abs unit. also just pay close attention to the picks and you should be fine. You will need to remove the strut bar, upper intercooler pipe section in the engine bay. intake box(just the box) and possibly battery if you need more elbow room. This is all for clearance on the tubing that goes to the intake vacum, and also for sufficient room on tapping some threads in on the firewall uner the VIN label. I used 1/4 in threads but you can also use 5/16 with 3/4 length. If you can manage a magical way of getting your fat hands in that tight spot without taking out anything by jobe do it but it will be difficult and give you a headache. HAPPY INSTALLING!
