Thanks for your time.
i actually prefer the HKS Kansai intake manifold cuz it ties the JUN for the most airflow on an EVO, yet it is 1/2 the price of the JUN even with the 90mm Nissan Q45 throttle body option...

the production parts are expected to be ready for SEMA this novemeber. Thanks for reading
Do you plan on making provisions to keep the EGR valve with your intake manifold?

The production models are CNC machined 100% from billet aluminum, there is no cast parts. They will have the same runners as pictured, which bolt-on and use o-rings for sealing.

This allows you to easily service the manifold, and you will also have the option of changing out runner lengths to change your powerband. We include what we feel to be an ideal runner length, but later options will exist.

TB options are currently a 77mm TB, the stock unit is a bit small to be used on a manifold like this... however we can make it to accept a number of different options as specced by the customer.

we do not plan to retain the EGR

We expect to have these ready by the end of the summer... our official release will be at SEMA

haha! snoopin around the prototype directory

the cams were not ours, we were just borrowing them from another company we work with. They were used for analysis on our exh manifolds w/ ported headgames heads. Basically checking the mass flow rates and pressure drop per cyl with various cams at specific crank/cam positions

the FMIC is available, and i think we have some in stock right now. if you have any other questions feel free to ask

Hey geoff, let me know if you want a live test subject for the manifold. My car is making sick power right now with the FR GT stuff, can't wait to see what the intake manifold will do.

Good luck, I hope it turns out well. Sadly the guys responsible for making PeakBoost's manifolds left the company and started there own, you could of gotten a much better header design for a lot cheaper .

Whos doing what design work now?

I think it was thing's like cheated radii cuts and poor runner design right off of the exhaust port side of the manifold that were the main problems..... Who drew up the current design and how much are they?
