the item looks like it will give you some performance gains but what about the nipple that is used for the outlet flange(some member did have this problem with the 8')?

Also, remove mouth from DB's testicular appendage, they make great parts but don't try so hard.

Looks pretty similar to a Fighters Garage LICP, although with one extra bend (FG has 2 bends and costs less).

Im with you on this one. Granted the piece will get the job done, its no piece of art. Ive seen a fair amount of fish eyes in their welds but thats what you get when you buy a hand fabbed piece like this.

I wonder if Buschur put the nipple on their IX LICP since the VIII version didn't have the nipple and many people complained, since that is the preffed method to hook up the MBC. I have the HPF LICP which doesn't go all the way to the turbo, so it keeps the stock nipple for the turbo.

actually, they do look quite similar, then again due to space/size restrictions and the fact that your connecting two things that are going to be in the same location, all LICP's should be similar.

You said it yourself it was a defect from the manufacturer and that you were being taken cared of. I got one based on your recommendation and it certainly didn't look anything like that.

In fact, it looks like this:

Scorke,

You might question the design, finish and quality of Buschur Pipe. The fittment I was refering to was about the couplers. The pipe hasn't been installed yet.

As far is the flow, I haven't tested , so far I go from piping size, it looks like it will out flow the stock easily.

Me trying to make Buschur products look the best ? Nuh. In the past I opened topic critizing a couple of Buschur products and I also critizised a sales strategy but at the end it was more like a suggestion to them.

hahah on point again, Scorke. I really hope he is being compensated for that review. Last time I heard so much boasting about something was in a recent interview with T.O. talking about, you guessed it, T.O.

RMM,

Before anthing else I am happy that pipe worked well for you. I recommended FG LICP to a best frirend of mine(Evofunk) and he never had a issue with it. A long time ago I tried ordering one for my Evo 8 and they(FG) ran out of them so I got the AMS since Buschur did not had one at the time.

I them ordered one for the Evo 9 and got the one with the faulty welding. FG sent me a replacement and I took the car to IAperformance to get it fitted for free.

The guys at IAperformance (Steve the owner and Gina) tried for over an hour to install the FG LICP on the Evo 9. It was simply imposible, it just wouldn't go in, the fittment was incosnsitent, the coupler was too small in length and in diameter.

We sent FG our second LICP back to them and they refunded us the full amount for the LICP. At least FG put some effort into their customer services and they also sent us a letter of apologies.

I agree with you guys in something, I perhaps got too excited that this pipe looks better than the one that we order in the past and I am perhaps assuming that it will work 10 times better. Time will tell.

Carlos
