Question BOV, What do I have

I just bought my car last week from a dealership. It had installed on it a couple aftermarket parts. one of them was a bov. They didn't know what brand it is, I have a guess, but I dont want to take it off to find out. The top color of it is shiny darker purple. Does anybody know what brand I have with out pulling it. I can take a picture of it, but I can't at the moment.

can I ask why that would be the first part that you changed? Just out of curiosity.. Boost gague or something may have been a better choice.. I know you said you installed a "couple" aftermarket parts, so maybe you did get a gauge.. What else did you have done?

He stated the car had the parts on the car...hence why he doesn't know what they are.

Yah, the car came with a few mods already, one of which was a BOV - likely a Greddy.

Type RS is blue, Type S is purple. Unless it's a cheap Ebay one which come in all different colors

I think that is it. It looks almost exactly the same. I will have to go out and take a look at it.

Is this BOV a good one? Or would you recomend a better one? Curently the car has upgraded intercooling piping. Invidia down pipe and invidia cat back exhuast. I was thinking on throwing on an intake? What would be best?
