Exedy Twin Plate HD after install questions

Well I had an Exesy Twin Plate HD installed on my car about a month ago. Their are couple things that bother me since the install. One, when starting in first gear if I don't bring up the revs to around 2k I would feel vibration going through the car most the time, is that normal? Second, sometimes when I release the clutch in first gear, I would get almost a whinning noise, is that normal? Last, since the clutch install I noticed when I am in first gear and I make turn, through the turn I would get a small virbration through the car, thats when the car is already in gear, any ideas what can cause that??

On another note the car shifting really well whether its up or down shifting. Can adjusting the clutch pedal help? Right now its set-up like stock.

pretty normal... wait till you get about 600 miles on it for the break in... do a few mid rpm launches and she will settle down a little bit, wont be so grabby.... but the noises are normal

Well the thing is I have more 600 miles and I have done some launches on the car around 3 to 4k in the rpms. Plus I was at the drag strip this weekend. Another thing I noticed after the strip it was even harder to drive the car easy off first gear. One thing that bothers me the most is the vibrations through the car that happened. They don't happen all the time but often anyhow. I adjusted the clutch pedal to have the catch point further from the floor, I don't think it really helped especially when shifting, I think I need to bring in a little bit more.

i put mine farther in the other day, helped some.... i occasionally get the vibrations but from riding in other evo's with the clutch, and having one installed in my 03, it is very normal.... i would suggest this. drain your tranny, tcase and rear diff and refill, inspect the plugs on them very well... and get some fluid. i talked to AMS before the install and they recommended Redline shockproof lightweight for the tranny and the heavy weight for the rear diff and tcase.... seemed to drive a little better after that. otherwise, only use the diaqueen from mitsu or maybe even bgsychroshift for the tranny...

As far as fluids go, I have diaqueen on the t-case and rear diff and in the tranny AMSOIL which I like. I know chatter and I get that, which I am fine with. I guess I need to drive another car with this clutch, just to see if it feels the same.
