Intake questions
If heat is such a problem with open cone filters then why are all twin turbo Supras and Skylines all using the HKS suction kit with open cone filters and push close to 1000whp? They don't seem to have a problem with heat why should we?

And we had 1 run together, I beat him by .2 second. Neither of us had a very good night, both of our ETs at 14.0(just can't get the launch right!
) So, besides the cool factor, I don't see much of a difference with or without the filter.....

wheun???
I guess that means me. Anyways I didn't really feel much difference after installing the intake and I'm sure its attributed to the factory fuel maps being overly rich on a car that has no fuel control. This mod I'm sure will prove worthy further down the modding highway. A buddy of mine drove the car and ran a 13.6 @ 99 with a rather weak launch but did mention the car felt low 13's fast. Oh, btw you didn't mention I actually beat you in that race despite running .2 ET slower since I tree'd you off the line
