Am I getting screwed over?

Ok, so Ive posted before with pretty much the exact same problem.
I have been taking my car to this shop and it seems liek my car isnt up to par.
Right now I am at 332 whp at 19 psi on a Dynapack Dyno.
I would really like some help on what i need to do to help get my car straightened out and running good.
I think i started out on a good path, but took the suggestions of the shop, and my car doesnt seem to be doing very well now.

To give you a comparison, my car is slower than kee1prides evo:
bolton's + dynoflash + stock turbo

So here is a list of what I have:
Apex'i RX6 turbokit -SS exhaust manifold - Apex'i Power FC - EBC - 3in Downpipe - Buschur Racing 3in Catback - High Flow Cat - Custom Intake - TurboSmart BOV - Greddy IC piping - HKS FMIC - HKS DLI (Ignition Amplifier) - PTE 750cc Injectors - Perrin Fuel Rail - Walbro 255 LPH Fuel Pump - ACT clutch (lol,i just copied it from my Sig)
I have major lag also, I dont make full boost until 5k.
I have no MAF and my BOV is VTA

Thanks for all your help.
Id really liek to know what to do. I think im getting screwed over and my evo is going downhill form what it used to be. I would like ot know where I went wrong and where to fix things.

-Caleb

i keep telling him ditch their intake, ditch that bov, do a compression test and a boost leak test, then get someone to retune it

(someone good this time)

+1 may as well replace the HFC with a Test pipe while you're at it. sounds like you have a horrible tune.

my dad wants me to keep the car "legal", i cant even take the front license plate off or he flips.
We have a cutout anyways.

I made a thread looking for a good Power FC tuner. That may help out with my problems.

332 WHP @19 psi would make me more than satisfied, especially w/o cams

He wants you to keep the car legal, yet you have a huge turbo kit with standalone ECU? The fact that you have that much money into a car that is that slow and have to answer to "Dad" kinda indicates you shouldn't be modding at all, imo. It's too bad you listened to that shop that didn't really know what they were doing, I guess.

+1

17 year old with an Evo that has 10k in mods. What is the world coming to.

Yes you are getting screwed over. Have your Dad pay someone to fix it for you.

Alright guys calm down about the age thing. Caleb is a really cool kid. He's a very responsible driver and he makes straight A's so he is rewarded. His dad and him share the car and his dad loves to modify it but since he's flipping the bill, of course always gets the last word on mods even if they aren't researched well enough. Its his dad's car but he's welcome to take it when ever so calm down. They both love autocross and drag racing so he just lucked out.

Now if you guys wouldnt mind getting back to the HELPING, then that'd be cool.
