Ok heres the problem...... say im going 2500 rpms i floor it, about 2000 rpms later it looks like they jump a tiny bit and stay there for about half a second and i can feel the power drop off and then they start going back up like they were. i can do this in any gear and it does this at any different starting point and 2k later it does that lag rpm raise.

Its holding the same ammount of boost while this is happening but i can feel the car stop pulling incase that helps any. If im at a dead stop i can rev freely without it stoping too so i know its something that has to do while im rolling.
