best bang for the buck mod

I'm looking to get a little more out of my '03 without breaking the bank.
I currently have a 3" turboback exhaust, ARC air box, Turbo XS Utec(that I'm selling), EBC at 24 psi, and I just ordered a methanol injection kit.

What else can I do for under $500 that will get me a little more power? I was thinking cams or a larger hotside, or mabe both if I can justif spending the money. How much does the bigger hotside help?

cams are a good idea. but you'll NEED a tune after installation. but, if you throw a few extra dollars into that...get some cams and cam gears (used is fine..but make sure they're in good condition) and a tune.

Cams and then a flash. May set you a little over you're $500 spending limit though depending on which cams you get.

Tune it ... ECUflash + TACTRIX cable ~$130 plus time for a good tuner.

It's currently tuned with the UTEC, I have something else I'm going to be using, so I'm selling it. So the tuning is all taken care of. Are there any advantages to running a larger hotside, or should I just get the cams?
