MRT in general, or the Aquamist specifically?
They sell their aquamist kits for between $1400 and $2500, depending on whether you need a computer and so forth, and they say for most cars, about $400 installation, which includes a 10 Litre in boot water tank.
MRT in general seem to charge a little more for their services than most tuners, but not outrageously expensive.
