Keep in mind guys this is to be a race gas/alky 500hp turbo. Not pump... I'd expect Average Joe to get about 20hp over the current 20g on pump... however that IS speculation.

that would get me 400whp on pump gas. that would be sweet

Well if NY is anything like GA, you cannot pass with a standalone, they do an obd-II check for 96 and newer cars.

hey i was thinking, maybe they should name is something other than the 20g. because if its bigger then the current one now, then y name it the 20g?

Yup. Were the same way. It sucks cuz you can do but so much with the stock ecu.
I gotta ask around if there is anyway to get around it. I know someone who is running a AEM EMS. I'll pm him and I will post the verdict.

I if i can rather stay on pump gas. Not that I have a problem with adding a alky kit but it's just one more thing to worry about

I cant wait til i see the final results on this turbo. Now only if us IX owners can get a set of cams that actually add power. Come on buschur i know you guys can do it
