Warming up Tilton clutches?
I've got the Twin Cerametallic clutch and sometimes inbetween shifting it backfires like crazy, then catches and we're off again. Is this just from the clutch not being warm or what? Anything I can do to heat it up before hand?

DO NOT "warm up" a Cerametallic clutch! You are just wearing it out!
Are you allowing over rev when shifting?
Is the pedal adjusted where you have a lot of clutch plate clatter when the pedal is depressed?

I'm going to play around with it today, maybe make a video of it.
Zues I don't get the question, are you allowing over rev when shifting?
I only have 3k miles on this Tilton.

I just went for a ride, it only backfires for half a second and the RPMs don't drop during the shifts, i'm hoping that the spark plugs or somthing are done. If this clutch is slipping i'll serious be ****ing pissed being how it's only got 3k miles and I've barely driven it hard.
Try setting your rev limit just a little bit higher but still try and shift at the same rpm and see if you still get the backfire.
If the backfire is still there Im almost positive its your plugs.
