How do these seals go in to the TB ??

How do these seals go in to the TB ??
Ok which way is correct the top or bottom pic?? I have my day off today and im waiting on someone to let me know so i can get started thanks guys .
but I would say thay looks right how the bottom one is , what is it for... the IAC valve?

from what im looking at the bottom pic looks correct i just want someone to confirm it for shure, i would hate to put everything back together and still have a huge BOOST LEAK lol

just did this install..the bottom is the right way....ohh by the way if your doing this job make sure to buy some carb cleaner and spray the hell out of that throttle body..lol....i noticed a huge diffrence when i did this yesterday anways...
