clutch chatter, or you cant drive it.. i would say chatter, so its time for a new clutch or get the flywhell resurfaced.

How long have you had the clutch?

6 puck clutches are very aggressive for street use. It's impossible to drive them normally and not have any chatter. If you're taking off smoothly with it, you're burning/glazing it, which shortens it's life. So either deal with the chatter or burn it.

it has never shakin like this before tho it is the sprung clutch also.. also have had it for less than 4-5 months. And how would you suggest to burn it on the highway in 5th or does it matter

mine was doing this but the clutch was also on its last leg so i got it replaced with a ACT HD and it went away. what i dont understand is why have i never heard of another car doing this besides an EVO? Maybe there has but i have driven many different stick cars new and old and never expieranced that issue. Can anyone explain why?

I'd be wondering why it didn't do this for the first 4-5 months. A pucked clutch like that should shudder like crazy unless you're giving it lots of rpm each time you start. I have the Exedy sprung 4-puck, and I love it, but I knew that it was going to be a bit harsh getting into 1st. I just deal with it - you should have expected it when getting a 6-puck clutch, which is for extreme performance, not for daily driving.

I don't know if the last part of this was referring to my comment. You didnt state that it happened in 5th. You shouldn't have to "burn" it on the highway in 5th.

I had a 6 puck in my LSvtec, and it chattered a lot. I talked to a rep from ACT and he said there's no way around it in daily driving without shortening the life...sprung or unsprung.

look at Warrtalon's post...I would basically be repeating what he said so..
