Hey Ang Wen Yan..

I was just posting the information incase it may be of use to other members seeing as I originally asked the question - does Evo 7 Apexi PFC fit Evo 1 . The Evo 3 PFC is the same for the Evo 1 and 2. I will be buying one of these. They're on Ebay now for 900 odd USD.

Cheers

Hey guys,

The latest is... I bought an Evo3 SS manifold from Ebay. It comes with a turbo outlet pipe which seperates the exhaust and the wastegate dump so that will sound interesting! It looks real nice too, cant wait to get it on and it comes with a life warranty against cracks so hopefully it should last.

I'm buying a ported Evo3 turbo off ebay now, they are around 350 dollars.
Still looking for Evo8 injectors at a reasonable price ( any sellers? )
I have a 255l/hr pump ready to go on
I found Evo3 apexi ecus on Ebay also, around 850 dollars so I may go down that road...

The problem is that my "cheap project" is turning out not so cheap! I also need wheels and some sort of an uprated suspension yet as the std evo 1 suspension is rather crap!

The turbo you bought , if new for 350, is a Chineese knockoff turbo commonly known as the Evo III GT and it's not such a great piece.

Hi Bimmubishi..

Oh dear!! I ended up buying it out of Ebay UK then for 250 UK pounds but I think its the same peice of kit. What to you mean its not great, as in it wont last or wont achieve much in the line of power? You recommend I stay clear of it? I have it screwed on but could easily be removed if its very bad.

Also I'm having trouble locating a descent exhaust for it, can anyone tell me if the exhaust system from a 95-99 Eclipse exhaust would fit, even with slightly modification? Its much easier to get one of these.

Thanks in adv
