Question Fluidampr balancer

anyone using a Fluidampr balancer?? not a bad price at only $280. wonder if this will help with the "random misfire" from knock...??anyone??

it says it's for 1st or 2nd gen DSM's, not evo's.

soooooo, why wouldnt it work?? the Evo engine is the second gen engine...?? it isnt listed on Fluidampr's website. it is just listed as 4g63 engines.

okay, soo, has anyone used the ATI Super Damper??

Fluidampr is engineering an Evo specific dampener, but it's not available for purchase yet.

You hit the nail on the head. Not sure if they've even released a prospective release date yet, but last we heard from them they had almost finished a prototype so hopefully it'll be soon

Early 4g63 has two belt grooves. EVO pulley has single large one. Two different beasts.
