Question Fluidampr on light modded evo?

Anyone run the Fluidampr on their lightly modified evo(stock internal)?
What do you feel? does it help engine rev bit faster?
I just bought this but wasn't sure if I want to install it.
thanks for any valuable input.

I was told by one member that idle is smoother and engine can reach higher rpm bit faster.

Fluidampr is the upgraded crank pulley/damper.

I have a Fluidampr waiting to be installed - there's two versions, an aluminum (early production, limited quantity and highly sought after) and the latest version is steel - I'm not 100% sure, but I'm guessing the aluminum one sheds some weight from the rotating assembly which could attribute to freeing up some performance. This mod is not really about performance gains, it's more so for longevity and overall health of your motor - As Mike mentioned, the Fluidampr will help prevent bearing wear as you increase the HP of your motor - the stocker is design for stock power levels, not 400+whp cars...

Me too! I'm surprised people haven't snatched up the last few that are left!

right, they are not gonna make any aluminum one, the aluminum one is still 1 lb heavier than stocker. but I was told by FLUIDAMPR, that the motor will only feel 2/3 of the damper b/c there is a ring floating inside.
Let me know if you can experience better idle and smoother revving after the install

I think you will feel nothing at all.
I put regular light weight pully(no damping). and I did not feel anything. My bearings are the only thing that feels this. I am testing how fast I can destroy my engine with this light weight pully. So far, it has been lasting 2 years.
