Down pipe install?

With my Evo 8 up on the lift decided to wait to install HKS downpipe per not sure if I need new gasket to go with it, I purchased the dp used. Didnt want to install everything only to have a hissing leak because of lack of new gaskets. Can I reuse the stockers?

You just need to inspect the stock gasket when you remove the stock downpipe. If it looks ok and in one piece then it's good to reuse. If it looks damaged then you need to get a new one from the dealer.

Thanks bro maybe Ill buy one just in case. there are few thing more upsetting than renting a lift and not having the correct parts or tools, so thanks again.

Exactly what ^ said. I had to buy some new ones at Advanced Auto Parts, luckily for me they were still open when I decided to do my install at night time .

Don't blame you, gasket will probably be $10 or less which is cheap insurance!
