XS Power TBE --> Pics, Video, Review
I have fabricated a lot over the years and when I look at this exhaust I see no reason to waste my time and money doing my own. I would probably opt to change the muffler depending on how it looks internally, but I can't even buy the material for as cheap as this system sells. I still haven't seen the neckdowns and crazy bends some of the sponsors are crying about. If someone has a pic of this on the XS power exhaust can you please post.
This system ought to work well with my new GT3076R Tur"d"bo.

There's pic's at the begining of this thread. He also has pics of it on his car. Looks real good too. Also you can see pics on ebay under evo exhaust. Vendor is ss auto chrome or XS Power.
Ok, I looked and read through the posts and there are no "crazy bends" or "bottlenecks." The only area I see that is in dispute is the muffler. Does anyone have a pic from inside the muffler?
I can say based on results from exhausts on the ZR1 Corvette that just because it is straight through does not mean it flows well. Raised surfaces inside the muffler will create turbulence and potentially disrupt flow. I think the ones that use the small perforated holes should work well. I posted a pic below of a muffler I fabricated for a friends GT42R powered 280Z using the perforated material. The car makes ~630hp@wheels with 23psi on pump gas(no meth).
BTW, in case you didn't notice, my fabrication skills are "PERFECT!"

I have used a few ebay mufflers for cheap exhaust builds and after a few months I have had some of tham rattle. On another one it actually had the tip fall off although for $28 shipped I wasn't about to complain. The padding/core of the mufflers are not a full stainless so I imagine they would rust out quicker although you do get what you pay for!
I just recieved my exhaust from Fedex and the weight of the whole packages is 51.8lbs. That is with the packing and everything. I will try to weigh the whole exhaust and let you guys know what the weight is. Has Dave and the crew dyno the two exhaust yet. If so wheres the results.
I can tell you when I shipped my modified Buschur exhaust with the packaging and everything it was 55lbs. This was with the Magnaflow street muffler which I am sure weighs more than the bullet.
