Is there a Boost Gauge with built-in Map Sensor?

I am looking for a boost gauge that has a built-in Map sensor? Is there any of the kind? Has any body used the AEM Tru-Boost gauge?

How does a boost gauge (the electronic type, like most are these days) work if it doesn't have it's own map sensor?

He is probably asking if there is an ELECTRONIC gauge that also has a 0-5V output. Am I right? or Am I not wrong? :P

Okay, I am talking about like 3-Bar or 5-Bar sensor, like AEM Standalone Ecu or Innovate LMA-3 AuxBox http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/lma3.php

As doubleugly01 have said; ALL electronic boost gauges come with their own MAP sensor. But none of them (that I know of) would put out a signal like those 3/5 bar AEM sensors you have mentioned. And I am not sure what the AEM Tru-Boost gauge uses in term of the pressure sensor.
