Horsepower Question

Currently right now in my 05 EVO, I have a cat-back exhaust and drop in filter. My question is, how much power will adding my 3" DP and TP add to my cars current setup. Thanks.

should give around 20 to 30 depending on dp and catdelete, make sure you get a 3inch downpipe and 3inch cat delete pipe.

Wow, so it should be VERY noticeable then. I have the HKS Carbon Ti on there now, it will be a HKS 3" DP and a generic 3" TP.

What will be more noticeable is the initial response of the turbo. But I hope you're going to get a flash for the mods.

I will eventually. Maybe in a month or so. Will the mail in flash be good enough? And it will be on 91 octane except for maybe when I go to the track. Then I will throw in some race gas for safety.

That will make a big difference for you. Maybe even more so than just adding the parts. A mail in flash will do just fine, so long as you have a reputable tuner do it and that means lots of homework!

Get the Helix TP, it fits better than the XS TP I have on my car right now for the HKS TBE.

Well it's too late. Maybe I should have specified that. I already have owned a HKS DP and this TP. I will be having them put on this Wednesday.
