When you burn up your O/2 sensor use a NTK sensor they are cheaper and last a lot longer than the stock Denso sensors.

EVO 8 NTK O/2 sensors

I'll check again when I head out to the track but I know the ad when I first found out about this place said unleaded 110 racefuel. Maybe it is 109 and they rounded up for the ad, who knows

WTF is this talk about leaded fuel hurting engines!?!?!?

FALSE INFO BOYS!

Leaded fuel accually cleans your fuel system and is good for your motor! Yes it kills cats and o2 sensors faster than normal but thats it! Man the rummors that start on Evom are just f'in crazy sometimes...

Are you guys mixing 109 with 93 and and raising boost with a normal tune or are your cars tuned to do that? And if you do how do you mix it 50/50? And how much psi do you run?

Man.....I am glad that you corrected me on this. You really sound like you know what you are talking about. Just to remind you I said that I had a race gas map (i.e. advanced timing), tuned for ms 109 at 25-26 psi. I turn my boost down to help prevent pre - det. since my tune is on the aggressive side. I really don't see any reason to run 116 leaded unless you run really high amounts of boost. We all need to keep in mind that we are all hear to learn. If I miss led anyone I am sorry. All of my post are my opinions.

yep, I mix 110 w/ 93. I'm tuned for 93, but my tuner said that if I run above 110, I can turn my boost up to 26-28 psi (I have cams 280/272,head studs, headers,o2,TBE,MBC,etc.), and with 100 I can run 25-26 psi. I belive I can actualy go higher w/ the 110, but I'll wait untill I get it on the dyno and get a race fuel tune.
My nornal setup for the street is 23 psi w/ 93 oct and 1 oz of Ethos per 10 gal of fuel (super secret stuff, if I told you, I'd have to kill myself!)LOL

However, I don't know why these guys are freaking out about leaded gas. Yeah, it kills the cat, but he has no cat. The stuff about killing the engine and injectors is overkill. I've used leaded gas many, MANY times for racing and will continue to do so well into the future. When given the choice, I take 104, but most times leaded is the only option.

Warr you did not explain in great detail....all you said was that lead leaves your exhaust tip white and try to use unleaded race fuel...and then I asked you why...should I care? and you said ahhhhhhh how can I think for you...you did not say anything about o2 sensers or cats...so what ever dude...thats why I started this thread cause I asked you and you were not clear!!

You mean you melted a hole in a piston from being to lean. You better find someone else to tune your car.
