Different hotside for ATP3071R?

Different hotside for ATP3071R?
I have an ATP 3071R kit and am waiting for the Power fc to get here and then i'll do the install. In the meantime i was thinking if i could swap the hotside for one that would get rid of the problems that people associate with the ATP hot side. I can fabricate a manifold myself..
Please advise where i can get a hotside for the ATP turbo to convert in to a normal GT3071r and is it advisable

apparently if you do some porting it could be just as good as an shivnu kit :\
