would it be worth getting new pistons for a lil bit of house power faster spool and lightness to the motor? just asking thanks... or should i spend my money else where? i have a evo 9 turbo /cams/ tbe and reflash ... maybe get a radiator ... would the koyo radiator be worth it .. would it be ligher then the stock unit...ty

 

Your stock radiator will be fine for now, but you can't go wrong with building the pistons/internals. It will come into play later on if you plan on upgrading the turbo

 

Ok first off, if you dont plan on going over 500whp then pistons arent needed. Besides its not like you can just bolt pistons on your car. Thats soemthing that will take alot of time and effort and money which btw if you are doing pistons you miles well build the whole entire engine. Now I am assuming because you were going to buy pistons and radiator you have money to throw away. Depending on spending limit I would just get all the supporting mods for your stock turbo setup.

It also seems at this point you dont knwo what you are doing so before you spend any money i would seriously do alot of reading and studying about your car before you dump money into it. Just some advice. Dont take it the wrong way.

 

No need piston until 525whp(Safe Limit).Radiator is no need unless you race at enduracne.You can spend the money on GSC Cam(Wait until it release),BR Filter,Meth injection and ECU Reflash.Before cam,you should have ~390whp on very high boost!!
