TOB help!

Okay, so I have been trying to get the transmission out of my car on and off for the last two days....

Everything is apart..output shafts, transfer case, etc.....

But I can't for the life of me get the TOB to release. I followed the steps in the FSM, but I am getting nothing...How far is the shift fork supposed to move when that bearing breaks free...cause I am getting about a half an inch of movement out of the bearing and that is it. Anybody have any tricks that I can try? It is trying to come out, but I can see the shift fork pressed against the bellhousing as I am pulling on it......

it is tricky... it is best done with two people. use the first person to GENTLY push the clutch fork towards the passenger side of the car so that the TOB is pressed against the pressure plate fingers. then stick the big flathead screwdriver between the TOB and the belville washer thingy that is connected to the pressure plate side. turn screwdriver, and as you turn the screwdriver, have the person holding the clutch fork to release the fork as you turn. it will be released, and slidding the trans back a bit will pop it off.
