Evo Clutch install questions...

Well we worked on getting my clutch changed yesterday, and except for a bad judgement call with getting the old TOB off, it actually went fairly smooth. I have not put the car back together yet though because I have a few questions...

On the shift fork in the bell housing, there are little felt rings on the retainer pin holding the shift fork and TOB on.. (sit right up against the outsides of the fork with the springs pressing against them.. my question is, my car has 34k miles on it, one of them was totally useless, the second is just wearing in one spot... do I have to orders these from Mitsu, or is there someplace else I can get a thick felt ring that might work (I was thinking car battery?)...

Second question, the pin holdint the shift fork on has some wear grooves from where the two springs appear to have been rubbing on it. I tried taking a picture but I couldnt get it to show up right. The are two grooves for each spring, is this normal, or is it something I need to run by Mitsu and possibly get another? Just want to make sure I dont put something back together thats gonna require it to be pulled again. Thanks in advance for the help!

Im definately taking the pin with me, gonna speak to a master mechanic there and ask him about it. The grooves arent really deep or large or anything, but Im curious if they will affect anything.

I think the felt wore down because there was a lot of debri in my bell housing from the clutch fryin... I think the felt is supposed to be red, but it was all black... probably helped them wear out. Anyone else had to replace these?
