Isn't the newly revised Evo IX MR turbo coming out now?

The one with the Ti compressor instead of Alumide (please correct me on this)?

Just my .2c.

How is your car running by the way?, I haven't seen you in a while. Take care!!

Sup carlos, i know been awhile. the water/meth idea did cross my mind, just trying to decide on what exactly to do. Any idea on how much i could expect from just the water/meth or alky/meth?? Depends how much i turn boost up?
What have you done to your 9?
Reason you havnt seen me is prob because i just havnt gone to the tracks this summer, not worth it in the heat. But youll see down at firebird soon, as its already starting to get alot cooler.

Cloudy,

Nice to hear from you again. Last time I saw you running in person you did a few 109-110mph passes in front of me at Firebird, you were running very strong back then.

I highly suggest to not give up with your stock turbo yet, just for reference Mike with his Evo 9 MR and David with his Evo 9 MR as well ran 12 flats and 12.1 with the stock turbo last weekend at Firebird. You are NOT A rookie driver so I am confident you can shave a few tenths out of your current time.

How is your clutch holding up?, I tried my best getting you the best deal on install and parts for your needed clutch from local Tucson vendors.

As far as I know you aren't even exploiting your posibilities on your stock turbo. Neither Mike or David were running methanol either.

I am trying to say that before you jump to the bigger turbo give a last chance to the stocker, you can definately run at least .5 sec quicker there in Phoenix.

The methanol/alcohol consumption is absolutely a joke, it is very insignificant. I had my system for a year now and not a single issue. I highly recommend it.

I am planning on going to Firebird this Friday, are you coming?

Carlos

How much did you gain off the meth/alcohol? So you havnt had to refill it once in a year? Damn... What/How much was your kit and how long was install?

I might have to join ya at firebird this fri. How cold is it getting out there at night?
This d-bag in a 240 has been talking all this ****, saying how he raced me on the freeway last weekend (total bs) and how he could whoop my ***, and to my knowledge, he runs 12.8s.. so might have to invite him to come out this fri .

I dont remember who mike or david are .. What do they have done? Same as me?

You are hillarious.. No, I refill my one gallon methanol tank every once every 2-4 gas refills.

The install took me about 3-4 hours because I ended having to go to the store for hardware to make my install nice and clean. Notice after I installed my alcohol kit concealed many people opted for the same setup. Do search on my name and you can the the pics.

The kit cost me high $400, it all depends on the seller. I have a spare kit on my garage which was intended for my Stealth R/T TT. I can sell you mine(PM fro details)

Yesssss i want 11s before the kit.. Atleast ill try =\.
I gotta remember not to fill up on 91 the day before i go to the track haha. I remember always going and forgetting that i had a full tank of 91, so i tried driving to the track in like 3rd gear or 4th gear on the 101 =\.

Now maybe you can find a cheaper kit, if all you want is cheap. But, a top quality 50 trim or 30R kit is gonna cost you $4300+ and it wont be any better in quality than this JDM kit. If I had the money I would jump on it.
*cough*You mean BR kit is low quality??
