I have a question guys.
I just did the tranny fluid change on my MR and noticed something.
The drain plug doesnt have the magnets sticking out from it.

Are the MR tranny plugs and fill plugs supposed to look exactly the same?
I was in the assumption that the drain plug is supposed to have a magnet so it can catch small metal shavings.

Can someone tell me if this is normal for a mr tranny drain plug?

 

i dont believe that the factory drain plug has one....
