Draining coolant?

How do I drain some coolant from my radiator. My car is running hot and I think I need to add more water.

Unhook the hose at the bottom of the radiator. Drain and refill as needed.

On the passanger side of the radiator there's a 10mm plastic plug and a nipple right at the bottom of it. Attach a piece of hose, unscrew the plug, and drain it to a container.
