Manifold wise, from the research I have done, full race stock turbo and JIC seem to be the best ones... For the intake, I would go with Works drop in if you want it quiet or something like HKS RS if you are fine with noise.

I got a drop in filter and I do not have the freest flowing exhaust, but my decisions were educated decisions and I am happy with the results...

Oh, ill definately want it quiet rather than make attraction. For exhaust, I want the most free flow that I can get with the least amount of noise. Dunno what exhaust to go for since most of the ones (that I know of) out there are loud.

Also for UICP, I wanna go for the ones where I can still retain my stock battery. Otherwise, I'll have to get one of those slim battery kits

man you need to do your own search, but here is what I know:

fujitsubo and HKS silent are the quitest exhausts. do a search on hks silent here and you can find my writeup on it...
