Hallman Pro vs Pro RX

I know the differences are the ceramic ball and lighter spring but are there any downsides to either MBC?

I believe Al from dynoflash did a case study on this. IIRC, the RX does not work as well with the evo as the regular Pro. Any other opinions? I need to order one soon..

No problems during the year I've had my RX. It's both smooth and precise. I've only gone up to 23.5 psi.

the light spring won't control well at boost above 23#'s or so. You'll need the heavier spring. In cabin control beats the heck out of having to pop the hood to make adjustments.

How and where would you install it inside the cabin?

Where do you drill you holes at?

Pics would be great..

I drilled the hole through the firewall trying to keep a straight shot between the adjustment knob and controller itself. Make sure you peel back the insulating layer, or it will try to wrap around your bit.

Ceramic Ball in the RX is works a lot better than the Pro metal one. From the Boost nipple resides the ball then the spring then your dial.
