I'm starting my first awd clutch today, do you guys have any last minute tips? It's me and two friends, with jacks.

 

no tips...but after you are done let me know how it was

 

not much similar to a FWD

 

If I can do it, anyone can, BUT it's a matter of pain threshold

 

just a little somthing if found, i'm in the same boat i am about ready to start my clutch to, the most clear advise i found in detail was EVOMOTO.com it has pics plus step by step instructions and all the how to's. good luck and let me know how it turns out.

6 spd is a biotch from what the guys that just did mine said. everything ive read says its a PITA with jackstands... good luck.

 

well there was three of us and it took us 6 hours just to get the tranny out. we will save the rest for the next day. so far it's not bad at all. the biggest problem was actually was getting the tranny out, I had to lower it with my legs, not to heavy. the problem was the jacks. on a lift it would be easy. but tomorrow is yet to come. we think maybe just another 3-4 hours. but the way I see it is that 10 hours out of my life, is nothing compared too $900.

Also if anybody know the size of the gruppe-s flywheel It would be great to know. If not I will go shopping tomorrow.
