it looks like the factory one, an exedy stg. 1, or an RRE no name.

i'd have to go with RRE no-name out of the 3 because of the way the 6-springs in the disc are set up, the factory exedy looks like different springs and the stg.1 has 4 springs.

haha, i know the name but i want to see what you guys think of it.

it was bought as exedy racing stage 1.

is there any difference (besides clamp load) from the factory one?
my old clutch was removed from the car and it looks EXACTLY the same including numbers on a pressure plate and disc.

i'm conserned if it's racing stage 1...
the box was ok (5803 item number) but it means nothing...

Id say it is a stage one, I am not sure that exedy uses terms like racing in their descriptions however, it may have been the sellers way of hyping up the item. I would imagine the clam load etc. would be the same

as far as we can see on the photo on RRE site their clutch doesn't have any numbers engraved on the outer ring of pressure plate.
and i've read somewhere out there that racing stage 1 HAS 4 springs so it looks like it is stock replacement clutch. ****!
the previous one went away after installing 3" TBE and MBC to 1,2 bar
i don't want to think what will happen when i rise the boost to 1,5 bar and cut the fuel on apexi...

Do you have a picture of the box it came in, or the part number. it might be a stock replacement exedy. If the part number is 05803, then its a stage one organic kit.

go with ACT. ther are so many exedy versions and you can always buy the wrong one...
on the box it is stated 05803 but it means nothing - you can put anything in the box...
i thing i remember those 5 HARD launches mentioned earlier.... but what can you do when you are first on the lights and there is fast bike next to you
