evo 6 tme transfer oil?

evo 6 tme transfer oil?

hi..I have 2001 evo 6 tme,and will change my transfer oil..but a lot of opinion about oil prefer..which one is suitable for me?someone say mobil 1 75w90 is good for transfer but at owners handbook says for transfer oil hypoid gear oil API GL-5,SAE90..BUT I didnt find oem mitsu fluid at services..they change transfer oil with BP ENERGEAR LIMSLIP 90..
What do you think?I think ı will change it at service?is BP good for my transfer?Or mobil1 7w90?thanx for replies...(My transfer is brand new,this will be first oil)

I would recomend you the 100% sithetic Liqui Moly 75W90. For me always worked fine.

Since you´re asking for preferences...I use Motul Competition ff 75W-140 gear oil, in both the Transfer and rear differential. This stuff is great, but it really stinks if you get it on your hands or overalls. All gnashing and whirring sounds upon deceleration are gone. Great stuff! It is expensive however, but it does possess extremely excellent anti-shear, high load characteristics.
