where did it fully grab when you 1st got it and where does it grad now??? i wonder if you had that problem like i did. im just worried i spent so much on a clutch then install. 1800 spent is not something i wanted to waste. lol plus im new to this game. i never had in any car an aftermarket clutch. its all new to me.

Dan, use a 10mm wrench and look on the top of the clutch pedal where it meets the rod that plunges into the master cylinder. theres a nut on there that you can break lose, then the rod will turn with your finger tips. If its grabbing too high for your liking then screw the rod so more of it comes out or goes towards the rear of the car. You should only need 3-4 full turns. you can test as your going because you can drive the car down the street with the nut losse, but dont go too far. good luck!!!

It grabs pretty low on the peddle throw. I did have to have the clutch removed after a few hundred miles because I couldn't get it into first gear very easily. I took it to the place that installed the clutch (a reputable Evo shop) and they said they had to call Exedy to figure out the problem. Exedy told them to lubricate some shaft (they were not to clear with me) and they did, it fixed the problem. I didn't ask to many questions but it did have to come out and it was sent to Exedy for inspection, nothing was wrong and some shaft was lubricated before the clutch went back in. No problems since then.

not to sound sexual but i wonder if my shaft was lubricated. lmfao. i had to. anyway yea mine started low and now is all the way up top. i adjusted the peddle so now it is like a lil less the 3/4 of the way up.

I'm with ya. I just wanted to tell you what I went through. I love the clutch though.

TRE recommends clutch engagement be at least 3" off the floor for proper clearance. I run a full out TRE tranny/x-fer case with an Exedy HD twin.
