Oil Galley? Stock Turbo Bracket?

I recently had my GT35R kit installed and now my car leaks a bit of oil... The shop told me it was not from the turbo but from the block where the Stock turbo bracket came from.... I recently did some research and found that an oil galley is plugged by those 2 bolts on a 9 but what about an 8? The way they described it is the oil was squirting out of there and they put the bolt or bolts not sure back in with a crush washer... I am wondering if only 1 bolt was put back in and the other is still open? I would assume the oil leak would be bad if it only had 1 of the bolts put back in correct?

Nevermind I lied.... The oil is dripping of the Oil Pan. Would this be caused by the Oil return line?

Most likely as my old GT30R kit leaked all the time on the oil return line at the oil pan. After 3 trys with gasket maker, a cut-out cork gasket sealed it up.
