Question Boost tapers off at high RPM

It seems that the boost starts to taper off at higher RPM's. Full boost at around 5000 RPM's (19lbs) but tapers off to around 16 by redline. Is this just the turbo reaching it's maximum or is the ECM causing the wastegate to dump boost? I have a feeling it is the ECM doing it. Will a simple manual boost controller allow me to just maintain the 19lbs all the way to redline? I don't really want more than 19lbs of boost, I just want it to remain steady until redline. Will the stock fuel injection handle the additional fuel requirments of the extra 3lbs. of boost at redline? Any feedback would be appreciated!

Use the search feature you will find your answers, but ECU does reduce boost, MBC will fix it, from what I heave read the fuel should be fine.

ECM pulls boost. The stock turbo is capable of additional boost beyond 19 PSI. Stock injectors are plenty adequate for what you have described.
